WomenNow was founded by Maria Gabriela Waechter. Our purpose is to provide a spotlight for women in our community, and to support and enable women to achieve their goals. We believe that supporting women’s active involvement in the ServiceNow community will improve the ecosystem as a whole.
We welcome any woman who is involved with ServiceNow in any capacity, and even those wanting to join in the fun!
Our goal is to encourage and empower women to grow their careers in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Looking to support WomenNow and our mission? Spread the word! Share our links, our blog posts and our events - help amplify our reach. We have some guidelines on which social media is open to our allies and advocates, and specific events will denote whether they are just for women or for our allies.
Outside of WomenNow, try your hardest to be an ally in all that you do. Hire women to work in your company, mentor women to help them reach their full potential, share job postings and encourage the women around you to go outside of their comfort zone.
